Baby Buddy is a multi-award-winning pregnancy and parenting app for mums and dads.
Baby Buddy gives you trusted information and ideas for pregnancy, birth and your baby’s first year. It is embedded within maternity care pathways at 48 NHS sites nationwide.
Baby Buddy is based on the latest research, expert advice and parents’ experiences and helps you to:

Understand the maternity care system and your choices
Understand and look after your baby
Build your confidence as a parent
Have fun with your baby!
In March 2025 Baby Buddy moved to a new home! Baby Buddy is now part of Babyzone, having started in 2014 in the charity, Best Beginnings.
What does this mean to users and participants in Baby Buddy content? Not much really! There is no change to what data is held, or how it is used. The only change is that data is now managed by Babyzone. You can read Babyzone’s Privacy Policy to find out more. At any time you can email babybuddy@babyzone.org.uk to remove your Baby Buddy account and delete all your data, or discuss your consent if you’ve participated in a Baby Buddy video.
Baby Buddy will continue to be free, advert free and endorsed by all key organisations.
